ThreadBack

Native iOS · Swift, SwiftUI, OpenAI Whisper, Apple Vision OCR · May 2026 - present · In development

The problem

You screenshot the thing. You voice-note the idea. You save the link. And then it's gone, buried in a camera roll you will never scroll back through. Saving is easy; finding is broken.

What ThreadBack does

It's a capture inbox. Forward it a screenshot, a voice note, or a link, and it does the organizing you never will: voice notes are transcribed with Whisper, screenshots are read with Apple's Vision OCR, and everything is auto-tagged. Then you can search it all, by the exact words or by what you meant. A weekly Resurface digest brings the best of what you forgot back to the surface.

Where I am with it

In development. I authored the full product spec and own every product, UX, and architecture decision; implementation is AI-assisted, which keeps my hands on the decisions and the pace fast.
